Take a look inside our Paired Reading sessions that take place in the library.
Our Year 10 peers work with their buddies to develop their reading and comprehension skills. These sessions are focused on building confidence of our young readers and establishing links between year groups.
So far this year the programme has been a universal success with reading scores increasing an average of 10 points. This shows a much greater reading ability by our pupils, who all think the provision is great.
