“The support at Etone College as an ECT has been amazing, no question is a silly question, and every member of staff is very welcoming and happy to help!“
“I have had so much support, seen so much expert teaching and learning, and had so many opportunities that have allowed me to become more and more like the teaching practioner I have always wanted to be!”
“I would say the support that we are given as ECTs at Etone is what helps set us apart. There are always colleagues to turn to for advice or support, which is invaluable during the first few years of a teaching career. I've never felt like I couldn't ask for help when necessary, which has helped me feel more secure in my role at the school.”
