Jeans for Genes Day

Welcome back to a new year at Etone College. As usual we are excited to start supporting our community from day one. We are thrilled that one of our first events is Jeans for Genes.

Whilst we celebrate this every year, it is the first year we are raising funds in a short while. To honour this we are hosting a non-uniform, wear your jeans day. This will take place on Friday 19th September with pupils brining in £1 to take part.

Donations can be made through our Matrix App or on the day itself in buckets on the front gate.

Jeans for Genes is a truly amazing organisation that raises awareness for children with genetic disorders, funding vital care, support, and research into treatments and cures. The campaign encourages people to wear jeans to school or work on a chosen day and make a donation, with funds going to Genetic Disorders UK's grant-making to partner charities that provide essential services for families affected by these conditions.
