We were beyond proud to accompany our 14 Brilliant Club Scholars to their graduation event on Thursday, 9th July at The University of Sheffield. Not only did all 14 Etone pupils complete their final 1,500 word essays but a stunning 6 achieved Firsts for their submissions (the highest grading)! At Sheffield, Etone pupils were fully engaged reflecting on their knowledge, skills and considering their ambitions volunteering their ideas and sharing them with all scholars taking part in the day. They also toured the city campus university including seeing the paternoster, a unique continuously moving lift (one of only 3 remaining in the UK), the Students' Union, and meeting the ducks in the park! The final event for the day was the formal graduation, where pupils were called individually onto the stage by name before having a group photograph. To conclude Etone's graduation, Isaac confidently delivered a short speech demonstrating self-belief and excellent communication.
