Year 12 students attended a trip to De Montfort University on Monday where they explored the campus through a guided tour, gained insight into university facilities, student life and learning environments. During the visit, students looked at the different university courses available helping them to consider future study options and careers aspirations. They also received information about student finance, tuition fees, loans and financial support available to them. To support their understanding, students completed a budgeting activity focused on managing finances and planning living costs whilst at university.
